Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tntplay platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, payment services, promotional programs, and customer support — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and tntplay ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease accessing or using the tntplay platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the tntplay platform following any published amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with tntplay's Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and tntplay.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the tntplay platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. tntplay strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access and use the platform.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tntplay, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the tntplay platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform through a self-exclusion program or regulatory exclusion order.

tntplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, UMID card, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, PRC ID, driver's license, or voter's ID.

If tntplay determines at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section — including the 21-year minimum age requirement — tntplay reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or completed wagers placed by the ineligible player, and withhold or return deposits at its discretion in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money games and services on tntplay, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to tntplay at registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one tntplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. tntplay uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tntplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tntplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect that your tntplay account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify tntplay's support team immediately via the contact details provided on this site. tntplay will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

Account transfers — including selling, transferring, or otherwise conveying your tntplay account or any balance within it to another person — are strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

tntplay supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and 7-Eleven. All transactions on tntplay are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount on tntplay is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal. tntplay reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. tntplay is required to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on withdrawal requests and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

tntplay aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya: Typically processed within 10–30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank: Typically processed within 1–3 banking business days.
• 7-Eleven (CLiQQ): Processed within 24 hours subject to claim code validity periods.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, during bank maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. tntplay is not liable for processing delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Deposits made to a tntplay account must be used for gaming activity. tntplay reserves the right to charge a processing fee on withdrawals of deposited funds where no wagering activity has occurred, in accordance with its Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.

Bonuses and Promotions

tntplay offers various bonuses and promotional programs to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The availability of specific promotions and the terms applicable to each are set out in the individual promotion pages on the tntplay platform.

All bonuses credited to a tntplay account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal request incorporating those funds will be approved.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, bingo, mines, and e-sports betting may carry different contribution percentages, as specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period, stated in each promotion. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period.
• tntplay reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited to a player's account.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting promotion terms through irregular wagering patterns, or coordinating with other players to circumvent bonus conditions — will result in disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the tntplay platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, mines, and e-sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on tntplay, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

tntplay's games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and regulated live dealer operations for live casino titles. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by tntplay, its staff, or any player.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, tntplay's policy is as follows:

• Where a game round was not completed and the outcome cannot be determined, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account.
• Where a game round was completed and the outcome has been recorded in tntplay's server logs, that recorded outcome will stand regardless of any display error on the player's device.
• tntplay is not liable for losses incurred due to the player's own internet connection failures or device malfunctions.

Any malfunction of the gaming system voids all pays and plays. Players who suspect a game malfunction should contact tntplay support immediately and refrain from continued play until the issue is resolved.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tntplay platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with tntplay.
• Using the tntplay platform for any money laundering activity or any other activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the tntplay platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in tntplay's platform for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown software error are void and will be reclaimed by tntplay.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, offensive, or discriminatory conduct toward tntplay staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the tntplay platform's source code, server infrastructure, or security systems.
• Accessing tntplay using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tntplay platform — including but not limited to the tntplay brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of tntplay or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tntplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tntplay content without prior written authorization.
• Use the tntplay brand name, logo, or any other tntplay intellectual property for any commercial purpose.
• Create derivative works based on tntplay's platform, games, or content.
• Use data scraping, crawling, or similar automated data collection techniques on the tntplay platform.

Any unauthorized use of tntplay's intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who become aware of unauthorized use of tntplay's intellectual property are encouraged to report this to the tntplay support team.

Privacy and Data Protection

tntplay is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the tntplay Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By registering for a tntplay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• tntplay collects personal data necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and compliance with PAGCOR and AML regulations.
• Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and fraud prevention services as required.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to tntplay's legal retention obligations.
• tntplay uses SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your data during transmission and storage.

Responsible Gaming

tntplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among Filipino players. tntplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tntplay's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the tntplay platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your tntplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tntplay shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether tntplay had been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits tntplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by tntplay's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

Amendments and Termination

tntplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tntplay will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the tntplay platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address on file for each affected account.

tntplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• tntplay is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• tntplay has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the tntplay platform or other players.

Upon termination of a player account for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting tntplay's support team. Any remaining account balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution procedures of PAGCOR.
